The Guest Speaker was CSM Fernderson, who spoke about the meaning and importance of this day. Colors were presented by the 3rd ID Honor Guard while the members of the 3rd ID Band played the national Anthem.

Event emcee, Dennis Fitzgerald (VVA 789 Chapter President) expressed his appreciation to all who attended and reminded them to never give up the fight. He also stated that the ceremony was dedicated to the Chapters Past president, Adna "Chad" Chaffee, who recently passed away.
