Numerous local artists and crafty individuals displayed their work at Art in the Park this past Saturday in Hinesville’s Bradwell Park downtown. Many of the artists are members of the Melting Pot of Art and the Hinesville Area Arts Council Gallery.

Chrislene Nelson-Taylor and Dawn Winters with Senior Citizen Inc., which oversees the Liberty Neighborhood Center, showcased some of the senior citizens’ handiwork during Art in the Park Saturday. Profits from the sale of these craft items will help raise money for the seniors to take a trolley ride, according to Nelson-Taylor. Photo by Denise Etheridge.
