From a city of Hinesville press release:

On Thursday and Friday, April 9 and 10, the Hinesville Fire Department and Hinesville Police Department will escort the Easter Bunny through the neighborhoods of Hinesville to wave to kids and wish them a happy Easter!

The Hinesville Bunny Drive will begin on 15th Street (on the east side of Hinesville) on Thursday, at 10 a.m. and makes its way through all neighborhoods and apartment complexes in HFD’s Response Area 1 (see map below).

On Friday, the Hinesville Bunny Drive will begin at 10 a.m. on Pineland Avenue and make its way through all neighborhoods and apartment complexes in HFD’s Response Area 2 – to include the Flemington area.

Residents will be alerted to the arrival of the Easter Bunny in their neighborhood by a 3 horn blast and vehicles will move slowly through the neighborhood.
