$800,000 to help prepare for new foundry
Grant to authority is for site preparation

The Liberty County Development Authority has received $823,000 in federal grant money from the U.S. Economic Development Administration to help construct water and sewer lines, roadways and reclaimed water facilities to support Firth Rixson’s new 200,000-square-foot manufacturing facility at Tradeport East.
