Amanda Pommerenck joins Spring Tide Communities as project manager

GLYNN COUNTY - Spring Tide Communities, LLC, a leading real estate development firm headquartered in coastal Georgia, recently hired Amanda Pommerenck as project manager. In her new position, Pommerenck oversees the site development of Independence, a master-planned community in Hinesville, and The Peninsula at Golden Isles, an environmentally-responsible community located in the heart of Glynn County.
Spring Tide Communities is committed to creating special places to call home, said Pommerenck.
"The vision behind Independence and The Peninsula at Golden Isles is truly inspiring," she said.
An experienced project manager and new homes sales expert, Pommerenck served as project manager at North Point Real Estate in Savannah and is a co-founder and co-owner of Sugar Magnolia Homes in Richmond Hill. She also was a Captain in the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.
She received her bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Vanderbilt University and recently was honored as one of Savannah's "40 under 40" by the Savannah Business Report and Journal. She currently resides in Richmond Hill with her husband, daughter and two dogs.
