Bank VP named to CADDA board

SAVANNAH — James E. Rogers, The Coastal Bank senior vice president and Hinesville/Liberty County market executive, has been appointed to the Coastal Area District Development Authority board of directors and loan committee, representing Liberty County.
CADDA packages Small Business Administration loans for area small-business owners and also manages a dedicated revolving loan fund.
The organization was established in 1976 as a non-profit economic development lender.
CADDA is an SBA-Certified Development Company, which allows it to deliver SBA 504 loans, which help finance assets such as land, building and equipment on long-term, below-market fixed rates.  
Raised in Liberty County, Rogers graduated from Bradwell Institute, earned a Bachelor’s of Business Adminstration in accounting from Georgia Southern University and attended the Graduate Banking School at the University of Colorado.
