The Liberty County Chamber of Commerce is pleased to announce the following high school students have been accepted into the 2016-17 class of Young Adult Liberty Leaders (YALL):

Jamison Golson, senior; Trayvon Harris, senior; Joshua Ingram, senior; Jeace Santiago, senior; DeQuan Styles, junior; Cailin Ingram, senior; Zahnay Smoak, senior; Genesis Maldonado-Matos, senior; Chris Schultz, junior; Nathan Wallace, senior; DeAngelia Williams, senior; Easteria Brown, senior; Breanna Knott, senior; Cameron Reese, senior; Alex Fernandez, senior and Donte Braxton,senior.

Young Adult Liberty Leaders is entering its 10th year. Class participants take part in an intense 9-month course, meeting at least once per month and learning about various functions of the community to include: County government, city government, public health, public education, tourism, economic development and much more.

Established in 1976, the Liberty County Chamber of Commerce’s mission is to support new and existing business, trade and industry within Liberty County, while increasing the cultural, civic, educational and overall quality of life of its citizens. The Chamber and its 450-plus members are committed to enhancing the local business climate and maintaining a high quality of life in the community.
