Team Clift 5LINX held a ribbon cutting on Tuesday, March 25 at the Chamber of Commerce in Hinesville.
Owner Solomon Clift, invited his wife, close family and chamber staff of the chamber to attend the event.
The Team Clift branch 5LINX has been home-based and family-operated for a year and a half, providing a variety of cheaper services such as tele-med, security, Internet and even coffee. The 5LINX company itself is based out of Rochester, N.Y., and was started in 2001.
Clift served 26 years in the military and retired as a sergeant major. He then decided that he wanted to be self-employed in order to help cut any overhead costs of business. He believes that most people are either unaware or too afraid to use network-marketing businesses.
“We offer services that people already use, but at a cheaper price,” Clift said.
The group has a weekly business-opportunity meeting at 6:30 p.m. every Thursday at Country Inn and Suites in Hinesville. Registration begins at 6 p.m. Business partners pay $10, while their guests get free admission.
