Free seminar on real estate careers

Coldwell Banker Holtzman, Realtors is sponsoring free career seminars designed to familiarize current and potential real estate licensees with basic information about the residential real estate profession. The seminars are at 7 p.m. Aug. 30 and
10 a.m. Sept. 10 at the Coldwell Banker Holtzman, Realtors’ office.
“This seminar is designed for individuals who are interested in a real estate career but need more information to help them make that important first step towards realizing their potential,” said George Holtzman, broker/owner at Coldwell Banker Holtzman, Realtors. 
Topics include real estate school, license requirements and local market trends. Speakers Pam Lovett, Edward Milan, Leigh Smiley and David Cargill Jr. will discuss how to become a successful salesperson.
Holtzman and Sales Manager Brian Maike will answer questions about professional and personal growth opportunities. 
The agenda also includes details of the Sept. 19 pre-licensing class and the online course.
