On Jan. 15, PM Do It Yourself Garage hosted its first monthly, free ladies vehicle maintenance class. Although the event is mainly for ladies, several young men attended. 
Owners Johnny Mallonee and Ken Porter covered and demonstrated basic vehicle maintenance. 
The next class is at 10 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 19. It’s open to the public, but participants younger than 18 must sign a waiver and be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
