Liberty County Chamber of Commerce recently assisted with a groundbreaking for a new town-home subdivision, Shady Oaks, on Martin Road in Midway. The subdivision will feature 24 landscaped units ranging from $149,900 to $164,900 in price. Elaine Boggs Realty Group is the listing real estate company and the onsite agent is Khristine Hartman.
