The Liberty County Chamber of Commerce held a ribbon-cutting ceremony on March 1 for VW & Co. Hair Boutique at their location, 204 West Oglethorpe Highway in Hinesville.

Chamber/CVB CEO Leah Poole welcomed those in attendance and expressed words of encouragement and support to owner Valeria West on behalf of the chamber board and staff.

 The event was hosted by Barbara Carlyle, a comedian that has been featured in BET Comic View, Showtime at the Apollo and Def Comedy Jam. Attendees enjoyed refreshments and network party games and toasted congratulations to West and her staff on the opening of the salon and hair boutique.
