Alan Stagmeier of Orlando, Fla., recently was recognized in Florida Trend Magazine as an up-and-coming legal elite attorney. He was one of 111 attorneys under 40 years old or in practice fewer than 10 years chosen by their peers in the legal elite balloting.
Stagmeier is a partner with Wicker, Smith O’Hara, McCoy & Ford, P.A. in Orlando. He earned his bachelor’s of science degree in political science in 2000 from Georgia Southern University, where he graduated magna cum laude. He earned his juris doctor from Mercer University in 2004. Stagmeier’s litigation practice includes products liability, medical and professional malpractice, personal injury, wrongful death, premises liability and motor vehicle accident cases in both state and federal court. He is a member of the American Bar Association and the Orange County Bar Association. He is licensed to practice in both Florida and Georgia.
Stagmeier was a 1997 honor graduate of Liberty County High School. He is the son of George and Karen Stagmeier of Hinesville.
