CivilianJobs.com, a site that helps connect America’s military members with civilian careers, is holding a job fair from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 16, on Fort Stewart. The event is sponsored by the Fort Stewart Soldier for Life: Transition Assistance Program.
Representatives from more than 40 military-friendly companies will be present, including a mix of Fortune 500 and local companies. Job seekers are encouraged to pre-register at CivilianJobs.com/JobFairs to help facilitate an effective pre-matching process.
“CivilianJobs.com is pleased to host this job fair with the support of the Fort Stewart Soldier for Life: Transition Assistance Program. We are excited to be able to assist transitioning military and veterans in connecting with civilian employers at no cost to the job seeker,” CivilianJobs.com Director Jake Hutchings said.
