George W. Holtzman, broker/owner of Coldwell Banker Holtzman, Realtors in Hinesville, and sales manager Brian Maike attended the ninth annual Coldwell Banker Global Management Summit on Oct. 12-14 at the Hyatt Regency Century City in Los Angeles.
Holtzman and Maike were among several hundred owners and managers from Coldwell Banker who attended the event, which included more than 30 sessions, networking opportunities, panel discussions and access to the corporation’s proprietary systems, tools and programs.
“The real estate market has presented challenges for consumers and professionals alike,” said Jim Gillespie, president and chief executive officer of Coldwell Banker Real Estate LLC. “Attendees spent a great deal of time looking at the state of the market today and how to be ready for tomorrow.”
“The global management summit provided us with a chance to exchange ideas with other professionals and learn new ways to improve our customers’ real estate experience,” Holtzman said. “We spent a great deal of time with colleagues and focused on the importance of resiliency in our business and how to continue to meet the needs of our clients.”
