Mr. Cash hosted a ribbon-cutting ceremony Sept. 20 in conjunction with the Liberty County Chamber of Commerce.
The full-service pawnshop sells a variety of goods, including gaming systems, computers, televisions, household appliances, workshop accessories and more. The store assists customers with loans against pawned items and purchases of personal items.
Owners Chris and Becky Eason welcomed their staff, chamber staff, board members, ambassadors, members and people from the community.
“We thank you all for being here today,” Chris Eason said. “We love helping people through their times of need. Many times we see our customers take their profits to the gas station across the street, and we feel good knowing that we’ve helped someone get to work that day.”
He went on to share that his customers enjoy the convenience their shop offers. Attendees were invited to browse items throughout the shop during the ceremony.
“We welcome you to the chamber,” Membership Director Kirsten Pratt said. “We are here for you and support your growing business.”
The mayor of Midway offered her support as well.
“The city of Midway supports you and welcomes you to the chamber of commerce,” Dr. Clemontine Washington said.
Mr. Cash is at 60 Butler Ave. in Midway.
