The Liberty County Chamber of Commerce and CVB will sponsor an employer-centric workshop about today’s multi-generational workforce from 3:30-5:30 p.m. March 27 at the Community Board Room in Ameris Bank at 101 W. Hendry Street in downtown Hinesville.
The workshop will be taught by Daisy Jones of Tealiris Legacy Services.
Join fellow employers who may feel frustrations in navigating through different employees in a multi-generational workforce. Jones will provide awareness and information that will improve retention, morale and efficiencies in your business team.
The workshop is 90 minutes and is comprised of four key points, one activity and tips that businesses can include in their human resource playbook. This workshop is expected to be helpful to service industries.
Taking place after the official end of Georgia Small Business Week, this workshop is still a part of the overall planning for that week of recognition, education and information sharing.
Cost to attend is $12 for chamber members and $17 for non-members. Limited seating is available on a first come, first served basis. Please RSVP by the close of business March 23.
Registration is required and can be done by emailing operations@libertycounty.org or by calling 912-368-4445.
