Portrait studio opens in Flemington

The Liberty County Chamber of Commerce had a grand opening and ribbon cutting June 30 for Perfect Portraits, 1705 E. Oglethorpe Highway, Flemington.

Chamber/CVB CEO Leah Poole introduced studio owner Nicole Newton. Poole congratulated Newton and offered support from the chamber board and staff.

"I thank everyone for being here, all of my family and friends," Newton said. "May God bless us all."

Flemington Mayor Pro Tem Paul Hawkins also thanked Newton for opening the business in his city.

Perfect Portraits specializes in photographin memories; senior portraits, proms, daycare, birthdays, as well as casual and special functions. It offers in-studio, as well as on-site photography sessions.

Hours are by appointment only Monday and Tuesday, 10 a.m.-6 p.m. Wednesday-Saturday, and 1-5 p.m. Sunday. Walk-ins are welcome.
