Progress Through People lunch set for Sept. 15 in Flemington

The Liberty County Chamber of Commerce will host a Progress Through People Luncheon at noon Thursday, Sept. 15 at Connection Church on Patriots Trail in Flemington.The event will be sponsored by Keep Liberty Beautiful.

The luncheon will feature, Ryan Hall, author, of the book series, “The League of Protectors.”  Hall, along with his wife, Nissa, will be speaking about their family quest to help protect the coastal ecosystem.

“We are excited to have Ryan and Nissa Hall, founders of the League of Protectors, share their story in Liberty County at the upcoming PTP Luncheon. The Halls and their children fill a large void in the environmental effort to maintain the saltwater eco-systems of Georgia, particularly in our coastal counties in Georgia,” David C Sapp, chairman for KLB Advisory Board, said. “They are truly incredible volunteers. We hope many local citizens will join us to find out about their projects.”
