Century 21 Action Realty recently announced that its parents, Century 21 Real Estate LLC, has recognized the local office with the Centurion Office Award for its sales in 2007.
The Centurion Award is presented to Century 21 offices that achieve or surpass sales production of $1,749,000 or 400 closed transactions within a calendar year.
The award was presented on March 1 at the company's international convention in Orlando, Fla. A trophy will be presented later at a tegional awards ceremony.
"The individual efforts and dedication displayed by each member of the Century 21 Action Realty team in achieving this significant accomplishment are to be commended," Century 21 Real Estate president and CEO Thomas R. Kunz said. "It is through the Centurion Office award that the Century 21 System is able to recognize the outstanding achievements of its franchisees."
Allen Brown, broker/owner of the local office said. "Despite the nationwide trend in real estate over the last year, as well as the absence of our military troops at Fort Stewart, Century 21 Action Realty has continued to hold strong in our local market. The company is extremely proud to be ranked second in our region for numbers of transactions closed and third in our Region for total dollar production."
Brown added, "We are looking forward to an even brighter 2008 with the return of our military troops. We are extremely proud of the efforts and commitment shown by the soldiers of the 3rd ID and are so pleased to see our men and women returning to their families and our community.
