Elaine Boggs Realty Group, which is located next to CVS at 116 Gen. Screven Way, hosted a ribbon-cutting ceremony and grand opening April 14 in conjunction with the Liberty County Chamber of Commerce.
The two-story office building is designed to represent Coastal Georgia. Matthew Barrow of P.C. Simonton and Associates Inc. is the project engineer.
Chamber staff, board members, ambassadors and friends attended the event, which was held at the new facility.
Daffani Eller and her band, Acoustic Rhythms, played while the crowd enjoyed the food and beverages provided by the realty group.
 Boggs said she is excited about her company’s new location and having their own building.
The group offers property management, brokerage services, nationwide referral services, sales and re-sales, rentals and relocation services.
It serves Fort Stewart, Hinesville, Richmond Hill, Savannah, Jesup, Ludowici, Glennville and Pembroke.
Boggs’ real-estate career has spanned more than 21 years in Coastal Georgia. She is a past chamber chairwoman.
“The chamber is here to support you and your business, Elaine, in whatever capacity that we can serve,” board chairman Kevin Thomas said.
