According to the National Pork Board, U.S. pork demand domestically grew by 5.6 percent in 2013. Committed to contributing to more growth in 2014 by serving pork at its restaurants, Shane’s Rib Shack is preparing to host its annual rib giveaway.  
On May 17, the first 100 guests at participating Shane’s Rib Shack locations — including the Hinesville location at 300 W. Gen. Screven Way — will receive a free half rack of slow-cooked baby back ribs, a 20-ounce drink and a rib-giveaway T-shirt in honor of the official month of barbecue.
