Bryan Singleton has been promoted to deputy director at Concerted Services Inc.

He assumed his new duties Wednesday.

The new position is in addition to his duties as human resources director. His new job title is deputy director/human resources director.

A native of upstate South Carolina, Singleton earned his Bachelor’s of Science degree in business administration from Western Carolina University and his master’s degree in human resource development from Clemson.

He has more than 17 years of human resource management experience and has held the senior professional of human resources certificate for more than 10 years.

Singleton has spent his career in logistics; manufacturing; retail; nonprofit; and working for small, family owned companies to large, multi-national organizations. He is a member of Leadership Waycross Class of 2012.

Singleton resides in Blackshear and is an avid golfer and Clemson fan.
