The Liberty County Chamber of Commerce and Convention and Visitors Bureau will hold a Basics of Social Media class from 2:30-5 p.m. Monday, Aug. 12, at the chamber/CVB offices, 425 W. Oglethorpe Highway in Hinesville.
The class will focus on Facebook and Pinterest and the best ways to utilize these mediums to benefit businesses and their customers. Twitter and LinkedIn will be briefly covered as well. Wi-Fi will be available for laptops.
Class cost is $5 and registration is on a first come, first serve basis. Seating is limited to the first 20 participants. Register by emailing assistant@libertycounty.org or calling 368-4445.
