The following cases are waiting to be presented to the Grand Jury when they meet in September:

Latasha Jackson
Jackson is accused of stabbing Roosevelt Buchannan, 73, in the stomach and then fleeing in his car on October 19, 2006. She faced charges of theft by taking of an automobile and aggravated assault. The assault charge later turned to Felony Murder when Buchannan died in the hospital from the inflicted wound.

Christopher Lamar Fletcher
Fletcher is accused of strong-armed robbery and sodomy in connection with the attack of a store clerk in the March 13, robbery at the Ok-Cha Beauty Supply store.

Richard Geiger
Geiger was captured in Bulloch County and faces a murder charge for his alleged involvement in the stabbing death of his ex- girlfriend, Rosie Smith on March 6, leaving her body in a hallway closet of her Raintree Apartment.
