City Manager indicted in Fort Valley sex scandal

According to the AJC,  Hinesville City Manager Kenneth Howard and six others have been indicted in the Fort Valley sex scandal.


Howard is charged with solicitation of sodomy and two counts of pandering stemming from conduct alleged to have occurred in 2017 and 2018. 


Howard turned himself in Oct. 23, 2018, within the time frame granted by Macon’s District Attorney David Cooke, Jr. Howard later bonded out at $3,500.
