Agenda: Call to Order, Approval of December 2, 2019 Governing Board minutes, Election of Governing Board Officers (Chair, Vice Chair, Chair and Secretary) for one-year term beginning July 1, 2020, Appointment of a Planning Commissioner for 2020-2022 term, Request to amend and restate the Retirement Plan for the Executive Director employees of the LCPC in accordance with the subject and terms set forth in Adoption Agreement, any addendum to the Adoption Agreement, the Georgia Municipal Employee Benefit System (GMEBS) Master Plan Document, and the GMEBS Trust Agreement, Director’s Report to include Project Update, Financial Report, Next Meeting Date and adjournment.

The Liberty Regional Homeless Coalition will host its eighth annual Homeless Memorial Service, Sunday, January 26th at Connection Church, 116 Patriot Trail, Hinesville. Doors open at 5:30 p.m. Service begins at 6 p.m.
