The Liberty County Chamber of Commerce/CVB will host a community calendar planning meeting and luncheon at noon July 25 in the Community Board Room at Ameris Bank, 101 W. Hendry St., Hinesville.

Come out and bring an organization calendar for at least the next six months and help plan the year.

“We have found these planning sessions to be extremely valuable in keeping our community from planning too many events for one day, as well as increasing collaborations between organizations and understanding the resources that are available for event planning in Liberty County,” said Leah Poole, CEO of the Liberty County Chamber/CVB.
