In The State vs. Bradley Eugene Duncan, the defendant recently received 10 years probation at the Probation Detention Center and had to register as a sexual offender for his conviction on a child molestation charge. He was charged Sept. 24, 2005 for attempting certain types of activities with an 11-year-old girl. She rebuffed his advances but he later went to her bed and touched her inappropriately. He pleaded not guilty in June 2006, but accepted a plea offer July 2, 2007. The victim and the victim's mother were in agreement with the plea.
