County OKs contract for new DFCS office

If everything goes according to plan, Liberty County will have a new Department of Family and Children Services building and construction will begin as early as January.  
The county commission voted at Tuesday evening’s meeting to allow the county to plan the construction of a new DFCS office at the old hospital site on Highway 84.
