HINESVILLE, Ga. (December 10, 2019) – The Hinesville Downtown Development Authority (HDDA) hosts the final holiday market event in Bradwell Park, Thursday, Dec. 19, from 3-7 p.m.
“Our Christmas Homegrown & Homemade Market is the place to be if you’re looking for a little holiday spirit — farmers market style,” said Jeffrey Porter, Main Street Manager.
Homegrown & Handmade will feature over 40 vendors set up in and around Bradwell Park offering great last-minute gift ideas including jewelry, glass, ornaments, pens, artwork, woodwork, skin care and much more. Produce, pralines, jams, jellies, jerky, honey and a variety of baked goods will also be sold at Thursday’s market.
Grab some popcorn courtesy of the Hinesville Police Department and learn holiday safety tips from the Hinesville Fire Department. Plus, the Liberty County Homeless Coalition will be on-site to accept your donation of new socks for their annual sock drive.
Holiday music will fill the air and don’t forget to stop by our local downtown merchants while you’re out that night! Show your support for all our local vendors and merchants this holiday season.
This event is free and open to the public and will be held rain or shine. Weather updates and event cancellations or postponements will be posted to the HDDA’s Facebook page and in the Facebook event group.
