Ludowici / Long County Fire Department Chief Chris Moss helped spread some Easter cheer as the Fire Department paraded across town with the Easter Bunny aboard one of the fire trucks. 

“Due to COIVD everyone is kind of seized up inside their homes,” Moss said. “It was my wife’s idea and we basically put the Easter Bunny on the fire truck and take him through the various neighborhoods where he can wave to all the kids.”

After the parade the Easter Bunny spent some time at the main fire station and the Sand Hill community fire station. Moss said it’s their second annual Easter Bunny parade and they might make it an annual event.
