Armstrong sets 'Become a Teacher' session

Armstrong Atlantic State University’s college of education will host a “Become a Teacher” information session from 6-7 p.m. June 18 at the Armstrong Center, 13040 Abercorn St. in Savannah.
The session will highlight Armstrong’s latest college of education offering, the master's of arts in teaching in secondary education, with concentrations in English, history, math and science.
The MAT programs in early childhood education and special education also will be discussed.
The session will address the paths to certification, the application process and financial aid. Attendees will be able to ask questions and receive individual attention. The session is open for bachelor’s degree holders in all stages of life.
