The Future Business Leaders of America officer team from Bradwell Institute recently participated in the Building and Achieving Success in Chapters training program at the FFA/FCCLA Center in Covington.
BASIC is a field trip designed for student organizations interested in the improvement of team development.
The two-day trip consisted of several team initiatives that included a low ropes and obstacle course, team recreation and chapter planning for the year.
During the training, the students developed team leadership skills.
LaTarsha Brown, FBLA president, requested the officers return to the BASIC training program again because they really enjoyed themselves, and accomplished a lot of planning and brainstorming.
The officers in attendance were LaTarsha Brown-president, Brice Stewart, Jasmine Bailey, Keon Steele, Robert Motley, Sheiva Dadkhah and Natisha Laboy.
