GSU's College of Education to sponsor tour of England

World travelers and history buffs are invited to sign up for a 12-day tour of England sponsored by Georgia Southern University's College of Education.
Scheduled for June 2008, the trip will feature stops in London, the Cotswalds, Derby, Sheffield and Stratford-Upon-Avon.
While in London, the Georgia Southern group will visit Westminster Abbey, Tower Bridge, Piccadilly Circus and Buckingham Palace. Also, the group will enjoy excursions to Shakespeare’s birthplace, Anne Hathaway's cottage, Blenheim Palace, Chatsworth House, Christ Church College, Eyam Museum, Hatfield House, Lincoln Cathedral and Castle, St. Benedict’s School and Sheffield School.
Open to the general public, the tour is organized by Voyageur Educational Tours, which specializes in fully escorted cultural and education travel programs to overseas destinations. The tour will depart from Atlanta on June 9, 2008. The price of the trip will be guaranteed at $3,339 per person for those who register with a $295 deposit before June 30, 2007 and make an additional payment of $200 by Sept. 15, 2007. The price includes round-trip airfare, all breakfasts and four dinners.
