Head Start gets community support
Liberty County Tax Commissioner Virgil Jones reads to students, parents and staff at the Liberty County Head Start Center in Riceboro. He visited Head Start as part of its work to promote literacy on a monthly basis. Head Start is a non-profit organization that serves 174 students, and is currently recruiting and accepting applications for the 2008-09 school year.
