Malena Bravo of Liberty County recent was named to South Georgia State’s fall 2013 president’s list.
She was among 524 SGSC students who earned honors for exemplary academic achievement, according to Vice President for Academic Affairs Dr. Robert Page. Students enrolled in 12 or more credit hours of study who earn a grade-point average of 4.0 make the president’s list.

Denitria Barnett makes OU’s dean’s list
ATLANTA — Midway’s Denitria Barnett was named to Oglethorpe University’s dean’s list for the fall 2013 semester.
Barnett, an individually planned major, was one of approximately 250 students to earn this distinction, which requires students to achieve at least a 3.5 grade-point average while maintaining a full-time class schedule during the semester.

Pulliam makes Morehouse president’s list
Donnie Pulliam recently was named to the president’s list for the fall semester at Morehouse College. He is a freshmen majoring in political science and Spanish.
Pulliam is a 2013 Liberty County High School honor graduate.
He is the son of Monica Robertson and James Payno of Midway.
