Members of Lewis Frasier Middle School’s Future Business Leaders of America attended the region leadership conference in January. It was an opportunity for members to showcase their skills and expertise in business and FBLA concepts. Students who earned awards for their knowledge included Denisha Nichols (fifth place in FBLA concepts), Ericka Varnedoe (fourth in FBLA concepts), Taleiyah Goodwin (fifth in business spelling) and Mikayla Williams (first in business spelling). They qualified to compete at the state level in Perry on Feb. 23.
