JESUP — Altamaha Technical College recently recognized five Liberty County students for fall-semester honors.
Clenton A. Wells received the president’s award for earning a perfect 4.0 grade point average as a full-time student. Willie Milner received the vice president’s award for earning at least a 3.5 GPA as a full-time student. Marcus A. Roberts, Johnny L. Satterwhite and Amy Y. Stone received the academic achievement award for earning a 3.5 or better GPA as part-time students.

Lin makes dean’s list
COLUMBIA, S.C. — Hinesville native Ploy Lin has been named to the dean’s list at Columbia College for fall semester 2011.
To qualify for the dean’s list, a student must have a grade point average of 3.5.
