The Long County Future Business Leaders of America had five members qualify for state during the FBLA Region 3 Competition at Metter High School on Jan. 18.

The State Leadership Competition will be in Athens in March.

"We are very proud of these students and all of our students who competed," business education teacher Brian Thomas said. "We are especially happy for Aleigha Rowen. She placed 1st in the Impromptu Speaking Competition."
