During November, members of the Long County Middle School’s Future Business Leaders of America chapter participated in a drive for the Toys for Tots program. Each member was asked to bring in one or more new toys to give to less-fortunate children.
The members collected 71 toys.
On Dec. 6, Toys for Tots representative Sarah McLaughlin and her family picked up the toys and spoke to the FBLA members about how their donations would be used. They also presented each member with a Toys for Tots Christmas pin to show their thanks.
