The Liberty-Long Retired Educators recently selected Liberty County High School senior Jeremy Fermin as its college scholarship winner. Jane Cart, the organization’s scholarship coordinator, presented it to him. Fermin will be attending the University of Georgia and plans to major in music education. His parents are Bernard and Dotty Fermin.
