Members of the 2015 Young Adult Leadership Liberty class attended a session Jan. 22 at the Liberty County Board of Education building in Hinesville.
The communication session, hosted by Kathy Lane, featured Liberty County School Superintendent Dr. Valya Lee as speaker.
Members learned about public education and Liberty County Schools. Preparing to apply for college and filing the ubiquitous FAFSA also were discussed.
YALL is facilitated by the Liberty County Chamber of Commerce. The program promotes leadership in high-school-aged youth from all of the county’s three high schools.
