Pure Wax Aesthetics, a Hinesville hair removal salon, announced it was named the winner of The Best of Georgia 2022 contest for Hair Removal Expert from the Georgia Business Journal.

Pure Wax Aesthetics’ aim is to empower women who are impacted by hair disorders such as PCOS-polycystic ovary syndrome.

CEO LaTicia Pinkett receives the award consecutively for the second year said she is very grateful and will take every opportunity to use the title to advance economic growth among small business entrepreneurs.

Pinkett, a master cosmetologist, is known in the beauty world as a hair removal expert in sugaring. She learned this skill living abroad in Kuwait. Her studies in chemical engineering at Georgia Southern University led her to formulate XXIV Karat Sugaring & Skincare line. Sugaring is an application of hair removal on the skin using a flicking technique with a gloved hand to remove hair without irritation. Currently, her company is the only salon offering this service in a one-hour radius.
