The Liberty County School System has just announced schools will be closed to staff and students on Friday Sept. 30 due to Hurricane Ian.

All athletic events and after school programs are cancelled. Student and staff should return to work Monday Oct. 3 unless otherwise notified. If conditions change, the latest information will be communicated through the Swift K-12 district automated phone/mail alert system, the district’s website and the LCSS social media pages.
