On Dec. 2, the Liberty County Georgia Republican Party held their first annual Christmas party. Throughout the year, Liberty County Georgia Republican party raises funds by collecting member dues, by selling novelty items, and by their representative to the Liberty County Board of Elections who donates all his pay back to the party, so that it can be given back to the community.

This year the Liberty County Georgia Republican Party chose the New Liberty County Boys and Girls Club to receive this donation. The organization felt that the children are the future leaders and that having a Boys and Girls Club will ensure that children have a safe and positive location to gain the skills that they need outside of school and their homes, to be the best generation of future leaders to come out of Liberty County.
