The Liberty Consolidated Planning Commissioners met earlier today to consider some rezoning petitions and new business. Planning Commissioners recommended approval for every item on the agenda, with some having special conditions attached. They recommended approval for: Allenhurst’s subarea future land use map, knitting classes to be operated out of a home, using property for a family cemetery, rezoning land for three modular buildings to be used as commercial spaces, a setback reduction for a gas station sign, and final plat approval for two residential developments.
