The Long County Commission recently adopted a seal for the county. According to Chairman Robert Long, there is no record of the county ever having a seal. Long presented the newly approved seal with Vice Chairman Kent Hall at a recent meeting. Long said that a lot of thought went into creating the seal, which contains the Long County High School colors.
