The Liberty County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help in locating a couple conducting fraudulent transactions using a stolen credit card.

On Sept. 24, a victim reported, to authorities, that their debit/credit card had been used to conduct fraudulent transactions.

The couple is alleged to have used the card at several locations without authorization. It is not known how the couple obtained the debit/credit card. However the couple was caught on surveillance cameras at various locations while using the card.

Liberty County Sheriff’s Office Detective, Thomas Tucker said, "We are releasing photographs of the two individuals captured on video surveillance in connection with this crime to the public in an attempt to identify them. They were believed to be traveling in a light colored, possibly silver Hyundai Tiburon style 2 door car.”

Tucker encouraged anyone with information about the couple to call the LCSO at 876-4555, or call 368-3912, or the tip line at 912-369-202.
