ATLANTA — The  Chevron Station at 1046 W. Oglethorpe Highway in Hinesville recently sold a winning Cruise for Cash instant ticket.
Joe Scott of Hinesville claimed his prize — a seven-night vacation package for two — Monday.
Store owner Manish Patel sold the ticket.
“The customer was in front of me” when he realized he’d won, Patel said. “He was excited.”
The store owner said he plans to spread the word about a winning ticket being sold in his store.
“I made a copy of the ticket to show other customers,” Patel said. “Some say they’ve bought that ticket and others want it.”
